AdaptLore publishes reviews, guides and news to help you choose what to read and watch. We take responsibility for the accuracy of our coverage, the reasoning behind our recommendations and the corrections we make.

Accurate news and clear distinctions

Release dates, platforms, studios and licensing details are checked against identifiable sources. A production announcement does not establish a premiere date, and a release window is not an exact date. When information is incomplete or uncertain, we say so.

News reports distinguish confirmed information from rumors and interpretation. Our headlines reflect what the article establishes, without implying that an unconfirmed detail is official.

Where our information comes from

We prioritize announcements from creators, publishers, studios, rights holders and licensed platforms. Specialist reporting can provide additional context. Community posts and fan discussions can highlight a topic, but do not confirm a claim on their own.

We identify reporting and quotations that come from elsewhere. When we translate information, we preserve the original meaning, including any uncertainty about a date, title or announcement.

Reviews and spoilers

Our reviews discuss storytelling, pacing, characters and art or animation. Specific examples explain both the appeal and the drawbacks of a series, helping you decide whether it suits your taste. A score summarizes that judgment; it is an opinion, not an objective measure of quality.

• The review identifies the work or adaptation being discussed.
• Our assessments are distinguished from quotations and opinions attributed to other reviewers.

Guides and recommendations

Recommendations explain who a series suits and what might put a reader or viewer off. Reading and watch orders distinguish required entries from optional extras, and separate original works from adaptations. Where more than one order makes sense, we explain the trade-off.

Availability guidance points to official or licensed services. Catalogs, translations and release schedules can differ by region and change over time.

Images and credits

Covers, promotional images and selected stills help identify and discuss a work. Third-party material remains the property of its rights holders. Credit identifies a source; it does not transfer copyright or replace any permission required for use.

Images created or assembled for AdaptLore are not presented as official artwork. Concerns about an image or its credit can be sent through our contact page.

Corrections and updates

We correct factual errors when they are identified and explain significant changes that affect the meaning of an article. Minor spelling or formatting fixes do not require a correction notice. An updated date reflects a substantive change to the page.
